How Do You Apply?

  1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and selecting “Temporary Connection of Services” to begin your application.

  2. Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.

  3. Pay the initial application fee along with the site visit fee.

  4. Then we will schedule a site visit. The inspector will visit the location and submit a report through the system.

  5. The Chief Engineer will review your application and the inspection report, and upon approval, we will authorise the service connection.

How Much Will You Pay?

  • Application fee (for all buildings except government-owned land): AED 100 Site visit fees:

  • Inspector: AED 100

  • Engineers Committee: AED 300
