Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the application fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
We will refer the application for inspection and review by the relevant authorities, including the Municipality Inspector, RAKWA, Etisalat, and the General Resources Authority.
After the inspection, the Chief Engineer will review the documents and inspector's report to ensure that the work on site adheres to the approved specifications, plans, and permits.
Once verified, the completion certificate will be issued electronically.
