What is the “Your Property, Your Future” initiative?

The “Your Property, Your Future” initiative is a service designed to accurately update and document building and property data in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah through field surveys and integration with government digital systems. It targets property owners whose assets are not registered in the SAP system. Applications can be submitted through the digital platform, the Customer Happiness Center, or an accredited consultant. The initiative is free of department fees for six months, with the property owner responsible only for the accredited consultant’s service charges.

How can I pay the municipality service fees?

Municipality service fees can be paid through the Customer Happiness Center, self-service payment kiosks, the Ras Al Khaimah Government app (MRAK), or via bank transfer or bank cheque.
