This service allows the customer to allocate a site for the temporary use of a plot of land or a parcel of a government facility for multiple purposes such as but not limited to: establishing temporary offices, debugging materials, storing equipment, establishing temporary lakes for the drainage of rainwater or groundwater, temporary site concrete or asphalt mixing sites or for any other temporary use.

How Do You Apply?

  1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and selecting “Temporary Governmental Site” to begin your application.

  2. Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.

  3. Pay the surveyor’s fee.

  4. The service coordinator will review your application details and any requested attachments.

  5. Once we approve your application, we will prepare the required sketch and email it to your registered email address.

  6. You may also download a copy of the sketch directly from the website.
