Service Summary

This service allows the customer to request the issuance of a location plan for real estate units within the specified investment areas such as: (Al Marjan Island, Mina Al Arab, Al Hamra, Julphar Towers and others..)

This service is applied for by the customer or his representative in an official capacity through the available service delivery channels, and requests for this service are received in the form of transactions related to the ZL13 service – a real estate sale contract under which the ownership of the real estate unit is transferred from one party to another.

How do I apply

  1. Go to the Customer Happiness Center at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality to submit the application.

  2. Wait until the competent department reviews the application and makes a decision to complete or reject it based on the technical standards and guidelines, where the customer will be notified via email and text messages. The status of the order can also be tracked through the website, the mRAK smart app, or at the Customer Happiness Center.

  3. Pay the final fees through the website, mRAK smart application or ATMs available at the Customer Happiness Centers in Ras Al Khaimah Municipality. And receiving the real estate unit plan

    Proof of identity

    The service does not require any documents to be attached, unless the application is submitted by someone who represents the customer in an official capacity, he must attach proof of his eligibility to submit the application.
