ZT23 - Planned Version of Investment Units

This service enables customers to request the issuance of a site plan for real estate units located within designated investment areas such as (Al Marjan Island, Mina Al Arab, Al Hamra, Julphar Towers, and other specified developments).

Applications for this service may be submitted by the customer or by an officially authorized representative through the available service channels. Requests for this service may also be received as Child Case transactions linked to Service ZL13 – Real Estate Sale Contract Registration, through which ownership of the real estate unit is transferred from one party to another.

How do I apply

Go to the Customer Happiness Center at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality to submit the application.
Wait until the competent department reviews the application and makes a decision to complete or reject it based on the technical standards and guidelines, where the customer will be notified via email and text messages. The status of the order can also be tracked through the website, the mRAK smart app, or at the Customer Happiness Center.
Pay the final fees through the website, mRAK smart application or ATMs available at the Customer Happiness Centers in Ras Al Khaimah Municipality. And receiving the real estate unit plan

What documents are required?

1	Proof of identity	The service does not require any documents to be attached, unless the application is submitted by someone who represents the customer in an official capacity, he must attach proof of his eligibility to submit the application.
