How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centers.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter and select “Plots Division (Ownership).”
Complete the application form and attach or submit all required documents.
Pay the transaction fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or the Automated Payment Machines at the Customer Happiness Centers.
The relevant department will evaluate your application and decide whether to approve or refer it for a survey based on the plot division details.
We will notify you by email and SMS within 15 days of submission if additional documents or actions are needed
You can track your application status through the website, the mRAK Smart App, or at the Customer Happiness Centre.
Once your application is approved, pay the final fee using one of the above methods.
Then, hand over the old document, and receive the updated approved plan.
