How Do You Apply?

  1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae using your UAE Pass, or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.

  2. Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter and select “Permanent Government Site.”

  3. Submit the completed application form along with all required documents.

  4. Once we review your application, you will receive a notification from the Municipality with the transaction number for fee payment.

  5. Pay the service fees through one of the following methods: the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.

  6. The relevant department will assess the application and conduct technical studies before making a final decision.

  7. Once we approve your application, we will notify you of the completion of your application.

  8. The site document will be sent to your registered email or made available for collection at a Customer Happiness Centre.

What Documents Do You Need?

  • Official Letter: from the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).

  • Representative Card.

  • Authorization Letter from the owner.


What Terms and Limitations Apply?

Terms :

  • Make sure you're registered with the Business Partner Data Update Service, and submit a copy of your trade license, title deed, and establishment data.

  • To register the company’s representative, submit a request to update the business partner’s data and attach the representative’s ID, representative card, and the owner’s authorization letter.

Limitations

  • The document is valid for two years from the date of issue and can be renewed if needed.
