How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centers.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
Select “Site Plan Update and Renewal” and complete the required sections of the application.
Upload or submit all required documents.
Pay the initial service fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centers.
The relevant department will assess your application and decide whether to approve it based on technical requirements and directives.
You will be notified of the application status via email and SMS. You can also track progress through the website, the mRAK Smart App, or by visiting the Customer Happiness Centre.
Once approved, pay the final fees through any of the listed payment channels.
Receive the updated and approved site plan electronically.
