How Do You Apply?
Go to the Customer Happiness Center at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality to submit the application
Submit documents to the employee at the Customer Happiness Center.
Pay the due fees through the website, mRAK smart application or ATMs available at the Customer Happiness Centers in Ras Al Khaimah Municipality.
Wait until the competent department reviews the application and makes a decision to complete or reject it based on technical standards and directives, and it is also possible to request to attach additional information, necessary studies or undertakings within 5 days from the date of submitting the application, and the status of the application can be followed up through the website, through the mRAK smart application, or at the Customer Happiness Center.
