Service Summary:

This service allows the customer to separate the grant Parcel into several grant Parcels that were previously merged according to the technical conditions and planning standards in Ras Al Khaimah Municipality. This service applies to all types of Parcels except agricultural Parcels, where the division transactions have been stopped under the guidance of the administration.

The Parcels resulting from the separation belong to their origin and each Parcel is in the name of the owner granted to him prior to the merger. The end date of the grant shall be the same as the expiry date on the documents before the merger.

All requests for this service are transferred directly from the Customer Happiness Center to the GIS Center, which verifies the type of request, so if the request is separated from previously merged Parcels and does not require the preparation of a technical proposal, the customer's request is fixed directly and the request is transferred to the planning engineer to issue the plans, and in case of the need to prepare the proposal, the request is transferred by email outside the system to the planning engineer to start preparing a technical proposal.

How do I apply

  1. Visit Customer Happiness Center at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality to submit the application

  2. Submit documents to the employee at the Customer Happiness Center.

  3. Wait until the competent department reviews the application and makes a decision to complete or reject it based on technical standards and directives, and it is also possible to request to attach additional information, necessary studies or undertakings within 5 days from the date of applying, and the status of the application can be followed up through the website, through the mRAK smart application, or at the Customer Happiness Center.

  4. In the event that a transaction related to the survey is opened, a notification will be sent to the customer by email and through a text message stating the transaction number. Fees are paid either through electronic payment machines available at the Customer Happiness Center or through the smart app.

  5. Inform the customer via email or text message with either the approval or rejection.

  6. Issue the approved plans with the stamp along with the NOC Digital copy.

What are the applicable terms and restrictions?

  • The absence of a schematic or Survey obstacle prevents separation.

  • If the parcel in question is mortgaged, the mortgagee must obtain the approval of the mortgage authority for the replanning procedure.
