In line with our commitment to helping you make the most of your land, this service allows you to request a re-planning of granted plots that may be affected by natural constraints (such as mountains, valleys, etc.), intersected by service lines (electricity, water, communication, gas), or due to overlaps with adjacent plots. We study your request to resolve technical and schematic issues and help ensure your land remains practical, usable, and aligned with approved regulations.

How Do You Apply?

  1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.

  2. Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter and select “Plot Re-planning (Grant).”

  3. Complete the application form and attach or submit all required documents.

  4. Pay the transaction fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or the Automated Payment Machines located at the Customer Happiness Centres.

  5. The relevant department will assess your application to determine its approval based on technical requirements and directives.

  6. We may ask you to provide additional information, research, or undertakings within 15 days of submission.

  7. You can track the application status through the website, the mRAK Smart App, or by visiting a Customer Happiness Centre.

  8. Once approved, pay the final fee using one of the above methods.

  9. Then, hand over the old document, and collect the newly approved site plan.

Terms :

  • The requested plot must not fall within administratively excluded, planned, or suspended areas.

  • The requested modification must not significantly increase the total land area.

  • Ensure all owners sign a commitment to approve the changes and submit a separate request for each plot if multiple owners are involved.

  • Obtain approval from the mortgage entity for the re-planning request if the plot is mortgaged.
