How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter and select “Plot Re-planning (Ownership).”
Fill in the application form and attach or submit all required documents.
Pay the transaction fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or the Automated Payment Machines located at the Customer Happiness Centres.
The relevant department will assess your application and notify you by email or SMS if additional documents, information, or undertakings are required.

Once your application is approved, pay the final fees using one of the above methods.
Then, hand over the old document, and receive your new approved plan.
