This service allows the customer to convert the old random properties that are not organtized by the boundaries and on which previous title deeds have been issued into statutory plots according to the approved master plan, during which 50% of the total land area is deducted in favor of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah and the remaining area of ownership is determined by statutory parcels within the boundaries of the old document.

This service includes all types of random Parcels in all their uses, as well as built-in and empty Parcels, and the customer is required to obtain approval from His Excellency the General Manager before submitting the request for this service.

How do I apply

  1. Submit the application through the Customer Happiness Center at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality

  2. Submit documents to the employee at the Customer Happiness Center.

  3. Pay the transaction fees through the website, mRAK smart application, or ATMs available at the Customer Happiness Centers in Ras Al Khaimah Municipality.

  4. Wait until the competent department reviews the application and makes a decision to complete or reject it based on the criteria for screening. Additional information, necessary studies or undertakings can be requested within 15 days, where the customer will be notified via email and text messages. The status of the order can also be tracked through the website, the mRAK smart app, or at the Customer Happiness Center.

  5. Pay the final fees through the website, mRAK smart application or ATMs available at the Customer Happiness Centers in Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, hand over the old document and receive the site plan(s).

How much is the service fee?

  • Application opening fee: AED 200.

  • My website report fee is AED 500 if required.

  • Fees for referring the application to the Municipal Council if required: AED 200.

  • The valuation fees determined by the Municipal Council according to the area and use, if required.

  • Final fee before receipt of documents is AED 200 per scheme if required.
