Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter and select “Governmental Land Allocation.”
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents.
The planning team will carry out the required studies, including surveys and utility assessments, as per planning standards, while waiting for the relevant department’s review and decision on the application.
Once we approve, we will notify you via the email address or phone number provided in the application.
