How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and selecting “Labour Accommodation Inspection” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the service fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
A Municipality inspector will conduct a site visit and upload the inspection report.
The Chief Engineer will review and approve the technical report once all requirements are met.
After approval, we will issue your labour accommodation permit electronically.
