This service allows obtaining a technical report issued by Ras Al Khaimah Municipality for one of the following purposes:
Inspection report for wells (drilling a new well/prick – maintenance – deepening)
This service allows the customer to obtain a permit to drill a new well or maintain and deepen an existing well, through which the well site site is visited and a site report is prepared about the farm and the number of existing wells, this service is available for agricultural plots only.
Air Conditioning Inspection Report (After Completion Certificate Issuance)
This service is available to the customer who holds a building completion certificate for green building licenses without completing the air conditioning item, where the customer is granted a completion certificate and the Plot is suspended until the requirements of the Green Buildings Regulation for the air conditioning items are met, and the customer applies for this service after completing the implementation of the installation of the air conditioning works to lift the suspension on the parse, with the exception of residential buildings – villas and annexes – private residential.
