Through this service, you can submit a complaint related to any technical issue—except disputes between contractors, or complaints about neighbors or labor accommodations. Once received, your complaint is carefully studied, assessed, and a technical opinion is shared to guide the next steps.

How Do You Apply?

  1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and selecting “Submit Complaint” to begin your application.

  2. Fill in the complaint form and upload all required documents.

  3. After you submit the request, we will schedule a site visit. The Observer will conduct an inspection and upload the report and site photos to the system.

  4. The Engineer will review the documents and inspection report, consider the complaint details and all involved opinions, and issue a technical opinion.

  5. Then we will refer the application to the Chief Engineer for final review and decision.
