How Do You Apply?
The “Consultant” or the “Owner” can apply for this service through the E-Portal using UAE Pass, then navigate to the “Resolution of Technical Disputes” service to start the application process.
Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the application fee through one of the following methods:
RAK Digital.
mRAK Mobile App.
Payment Machines at the Customer Happiness Center.
Once the application is submitted, the assigned engineer will assess the documents, conduct a site visit if required, review the dispute, consult with all contracting parties, and provide a technical opinion based on the agreements, implementation methods, and evidence.
The consultant or owner may be requested to pay technical review fees if deemed necessary, based on the engineer's decision.
The assigned engineer will review the case and issue a final decision.
If the case is approved, the final report will be sent to the applicant (owner/ consultant).
