How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service through your supervising consultant at https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Resolution of Technical Disputes” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the application fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
Once the application is submitted, the Engineers Committee will conduct a site visit and attach their report along with relevant photographs.
The assigned engineer will assess the documents, review the dispute, consult with all contracting parties, and provide a technical opinion based on the agreements, implementation methods, and evidence.
We will refer the application to the Chief Engineer for final review and approval.
Pay the final fee through one of the above mentioned payment methods.
