Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
Select “Night Shift Permission.”
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents.
Pay the fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
We will conduct a site inspection and prepare a report with photos.
The Chief Engineer will review your application and issue final approval.
