Terms :

No lighting fixtures are allowed.
The advertisement must include the project name, developing entity, designing or consulting office, project owner, and contracting company.
An annual validity certificate is required to ensure regular maintenance.
The advertisement must not pose any danger to pedestrians and visitors.
Materials used must withstand various weather conditions and be fire-resistant.
It should not obstruct traffic flow or block road visibility.
Limitations
You have to renew the license annually or if you choose not to renew the license, remove the advertisement within 15 days of its expiration.
The site must be restored to its original state to preserve the public view if the advertisement is removed.
You must perform regular maintenance of the advertising board throughout the permit's validity period.
