Fill in the application form and upload all required documents within 3 working days. If not submitted on time, the application will be closed automatically.
You can verify the Municipality’s response via the website.
Pay the fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres within 3 working days. If payment is delayed, the application will be closed automatically.

What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms :
To install advertising signs, the advertising company must have a valid commercial license in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
The trade name on the advertising sign must match the trade name on the license.
The writing must be in the correct language, free from linguistic or spelling errors, and in clear fonts, with Arabic text covering no less than 50% of the total advertising space.
The sign must cover the entire area of the commercial premises, and the area of the sign must not exceed 40% of the area of the commercial facade.
No damage or encroachment on neighbouring store signs is allowed.
The installations and signs must be made of non-flammable materials.
Electrical transformers and connections must be covered with suitable covers that do not allow rainwater to penetrate.
The advertisement must be installed at the top of the store's front facade and directly on its sides without conflicting with door and window openings.
It is not permitted to place or install the advertisement above the store’s surface.
Limitations
The permit is valid for one year.
