How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service through your consultant at https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
Select “Maintenance Permit.”
Complete the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the initial fee.
Schedule the Inspector’s site visit and produce the report after paying the site visit fee.
The Engineer in charge will examine and approve the application after reviewing the documents, documentation, and the inspector’s report.
Pay the final fees through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
Receive the maintenance permit electronically.

Land Document (Sketch) : Affection plan and title deed (if any) or a record of handing over the popular house
Building Permit : Previous building permits.
Emirates ID : A valid copy of the owner's ID.
Trade License : A copy of the contractor’s Trade Licence and contractor’s maintenance agreement.
Approval of other Government : A permit from the Public Works and Services Department to dispose of construction waste
Tenancy Contract : Tenancy agreement and landlord’s No Objection Certificate (NOC) (in case the tenant applies for maintenance request)
Undertaking of the installation of panels for large-scale projects
