How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service through your consultant at https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Temporary Building Permit” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the initial fee.
Schedule the inspector's site visit and upload the report after paying the site visit fee.
The referred engineer will review the required documents and inspection report for compliance with building regulations.
Pay the final fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
Once we approve, the building permit will be issued electronically.
