How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service through your consultant at https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using UAE Pass and select “Amend Building Permit” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and pay the initial fee and deposit.
Upload the plans.
Once you pay the fee, we will forward the request to the Municipality’s Inspection Department to schedule a site visit.
The architect, structural engineer and service engineers will review your plans and the Civil Defence will review your application for storey buildings, multi-storey buildings, or industrial buildings.
After the initial approval, we will notify the consultant to upload the remaining documents for final approval.
The Chief Engineer will review the complete application and provide final approval.
Pay the remaining fees and deposit and upload the final documents.
If additional construction involves a different business partner, the contractor must be assigned by the consultant.
The modified building permit will be issued electronically.

What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms :

Mortgage contract and SZHP letter are required if adding a villa granted under SZHP.
