How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service through your consultant at https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “New Building Permit” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and upload all required documents through the consultant office.
Pay the initial fee and deposit.
The consultant office will upload the required drawings to the website.
The architect, structural engineer, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, and service engineers will review the application in parallel.
We will notify the consultant office and the owner once all drawings (architectural, structural, and services) are approved.
The Chief Engineers will conduct the final review and grant the approval.
Pay the final fees, assign the contractor, and pay the required deposits.
Once verified, the permit will be issued electronically.
