You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass through the consultant office or proceed to the service counter.
Select “Drawing Approval.”
Upload the required plans and documents through your consultant.
The Chief Engineer will conduct a review and audit the submitted documents for final approval.
If engineering supervision reports are not available, a site inspection report may be requested, and the application will then be forwarded to the architect to complete the procedure.
The Structural Engineer will conduct a final review and approve the plans.
Once we approve your application, we will issue the final plans and make them available for download through the system.
