You can apply for this service through your consultant at https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Change Contractor” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the initial application fee to proceed.
We will schedule a site visit, during which the inspector will assess the location and submit a report with photos.
The Chief Engineer will review your application along with the site report and supporting documents for final approval...
Pay the final fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
Once we approve and verify the request, we will issue the updated building permit with the new contractor electronically.
