Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
Select “Change Engineering Consultant.”
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents.
Pay the initial fee-either online or via the Customer Happiness Centre.
Schedule the site visit and prepare the site report.
The Chief Engineer will conduct a final review of your request and approve it.
The building permit is reissued with the new engineering consultant’s details.
