How Do You Apply?

  1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.

  2. Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.

  3. Select “Change Engineering Consultant.”

  4. Submit the completed application form along with the required documents.

  5. Pay the initial fee-either online or via the Customer Happiness Centre.

  6. Schedule the site visit and prepare the site report.

  7. The Chief Engineer will conduct a final review of your request and approve it.

  8. The building permit is reissued with the new engineering consultant’s details.

How Much Will You Pay?

  • Inspection fee: AED 100

  • Final fee: AED 100


What Documents Do You Need?

  • No Objection Certificate from the previous consultant.

  • Assignment Letter : Issued by the owner, appointing the new consultant.
