How Do You Apply?

You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter and select “Upgrade Registration Category.”
Submit the completed application form through your contracting company or engineering consultancy office, along with all required documents.
Wait for a notification from the Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department confirming that the Qualification Specialist has verified your application and all required documents.
We will refer the application to the Engineers Committee to review it for compliance with the Emirate’s regulations.
Wait for the Department Manager's final approval.
Pay the final fees through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
Once completed, you will receive a notification confirming the issuance of your upgraded classification certificate.

Trade License : Valid commercial license.
Employee list : Up-to-date list of all employees.
Emirates ID : A valid copy of IDs of all engineers.
Society of Engineers Card – For all registered engineers.

Accountant’s ID – Must be valid with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
