How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service through the contracting company or engineering consultancy offices by using the Government of Ras Al Khaimah’s digital platform at https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter and select “Activate Registration.”
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents.
Pay the observer site visit fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
The Observer will conduct a site visit and upload the site report. Once we review, you will receive a notification confirming the location of the company's headquarters and approval of the Observer's report.
The Qualification Specialist will review and approve the application upon verifying that all necessary documents and requirements have been met.
The Engineers Committee will evaluate your request to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of Ras Al Khaimah.
Once approved, the Department Manager will issue the final decision.
Pay the final fees through one of the above mentioned methods.
Once we fully process and approve your application, you can obtain the Registration Activation Certificate either by visiting the Customer Happiness Centre or downloading it from the website.

Tenancy Contract : A valid tenancy contract: For contractors: A valid office lease contract. For consultants: A valid lease contract for the company office and the labor accommodation.
Accounting contract in case of contracting companies.
Contracting companies have to submit following documents: Engineer’s Emirates ID. Engineering Society Card. Technical Staff Exam certificate. Barjeel certificate (if required).
