How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service through your contracting company or engineering consultancy office at https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
Select “Renew Annual Registration.”
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents.
Wait for our specialists to review your documents and confirm that all requirements are met.
Once approved, your request will move to the Engineers Committee to ensure compliance with RAK regulations.
If everything checks out, it goes to the Department Manager for final approval.
Pay the fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
Once your application is approved, obtain the Renewal Certificate from the Customer Happiness Centre or download it from the website.

For contracting companies: AED 500 For consultancy offices: AED 250 For inspector’s visit fee (if required): AED 100
What Documents Do You Need?
Trade License : A valid Commercial Licence.
Emirates ID : Valid copies of IDs of all partners.
Employee list : Employees approved by Tasheel.
Tenancy Contract : For Contracting Company : Valid office lease contract / For Consultancy :Valid lease contract for both the office and labor accommodation.
Contract Agreement: For contracting companies, a valid counting contract.
Engineers’ Credentials: Engineers’ ID, Engineering Society card, and evidence of passing the Barjeel/technical exams.
