How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service through your contracting company or engineering consultancy office at https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
Select “Initial Registration (Engineering Company).”
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents.
Pay the initial fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
Our Qualification Specialist will review your request and ensure all requirements are met.
The Engineers Committee reviews your submission for regulatory compliance.
The Department Manager will approve your application, then you’ll receive a request to pay the insurance fee.
Pay the insurance through one of the payment methods mentioned above.
Once we approve your application, collect the Initial Registration Certificate from the Customer Happiness Centre or download it from the website.

What Documents Do You Need?

Trade License : Valid Commercial License or trade name reservation certificate.

Valid copies of ID for license holder and all partners.
3.
FAIC Certificate: Issued by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security.
4.
Parent Company Documents: Authorisation Letter and valid trade license (if required).
5.
For Consulting Companies (Local Partner only): Academic certificates, Engineers Association Card, Experience Certificate, Job Description and Supporting Credentials.
What Terms and Limitations Apply?

•The applicant may not engage in contractual activities or own another engineering/contracting company.
Limitations
Registration is valid for 6 months, renewable twice for 3 months each.
Do not carry out any services until we issue the registration activation certificate.
You will forfeit the insurance if you do not complete activation or renewal before the expiry date.
