Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the service fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
After you make the payment, we will schedule and conduct a site visit, and the inspection team will upload the site report.
Then the Chief Engineer will review and approve the request.
Once approved, the finance section will complete a final review and initiate the security refund deposit process.
