ZI09 - Building Status Report

This service allows the customer to obtain a technical report issued by Ras Al Khaimah Municipality for the following cases:

Site Under Construction Status Report
This service is usually requested from the customer to prove the completion rate of the building, for the purpose of providing it to the Armed Forces or any other external parties except the courts and the Ministry of Justice, and the completion percentage is calculated technically and estimatively according to the decision of the Engineering Committee.
Housing Condition Statement (Residence/House)
This service is requested from the customer to obtain a technical report to assess the condition of the residential building and its contents to be submitted to other third parties.

This service allows you to get a detailed technical report about the site conditions, including specific observations about the building.

How Do You Apply?

Submit the request through the RAKDigital Portal
Make payment via RAK PAY, online, Customer Happiness Centre, or mRAK Smart Application.
The technical committee will conduct a site visit and prepare the site reports.
Final review and approval from the chief engineer.
Pay the final fees.
Receive the technical report.

This service does not require any documents.
