How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
Select “Design Level Certificates.”
Complete the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the initial fee and insurance.
Receive a notification from Ras Al Khaimah Municipality with a transaction number for payment.
Pay the fee using the Electronic Payment Devices at the Customer Happiness Centre or through the mRAK Smart Application.
Wait for a notification from the Municipality with the scheduled site visit date for the surveyor to conduct the study and prepare the report.
Receive a final notification confirming that the Surveying Engineer has reviewed and approved the documents and survey report.
