How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
Select “Survey Report.”
Complete the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the application fee during submission.
You’ll receive a notification with your transaction number to pay the remaining fee through Electronic Payment Devices at the Customer Happiness Centre or via the mRAK Smart Application.
Wait for a second notification for the scheduled site visit date. The surveyor will inspect the location and prepare the report.
We will notify you once we review and approve your application.
Download your approved Survey Report electronically or collect it in person.

Emirates ID : A valid copy of the applicant’s Emirates ID.
Site plan : For owned or granted land, including a drawing that clearly shows the boundary for survey purposes
