How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
Select “Land Demarcation.”
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents.
Pay the initial fees and insurance together during submission.
Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a notification with a transaction number to pay the required fee through the mRAK Smart App or electronic payment devices.
Wait for notification specifying the scheduled date for the land surveyor’s visit.
The land surveyor visits the location and fixes official land boundary points in line with RAK’s regulatory master plan.
Download the final Demarcation Certificate from the website or receive it via registered email.

AED 450 per case + AED 50 per point fixed on-site
AED 1500 (for utilities) + AED 50 per point fixed on-site
AED 500 for “as-built” boundary surveys

Emirates ID : A valid copy of Emirates ID.
Land Document (Sketch) : Valid original sketch.
Building Permit : If required.
Title Dead : Original proof of land ownership.
What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms :
Valid proof of ownership or land grant must align with the Emirate’s general plan and include the 9-digit plot number.
If submitted for service licensing, the application must include a land NOC tied to the service network plan.
A valid site plan/sketch should be no older than one calendar year or tied to a valid building permit.
Limitations
The demarcation certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of sign fixing.
