This service allows the customer to request the issuance of a No Objection Certificate for works related to infrastructure and services projects (service lines of all kinds, road projects, hydrological projects), in addition to requesting a permanent or temporary license such as (traffic diversions, exploratory excavations, traffic signs, etc...) for all stages of the project, starting from the initial design to the completion of the project and maintenance works within the road campus.

How Do You Apply?

  1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and selecting “No Objection Certificate (Infrastructure Works)” to begin your application.

  2. Fill in the online submission form and upload all required documents.

  3. Wait for the review of your application by the relevant department.

  4. If the information meets the requirements, the request will proceed. If not, your application will be rejected for insufficient data.

  5. You may receive a request for additional details via email or SMS. Please respond and upload the required information within the specified timeframe to avoid closure of your application.

  6. If a survey is needed, you’ll receive a message with a transaction number to proceed with fee payment.

  7. Pay the related fees via the mRAK Smart App or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.

  8. We’ll notify you of the decision via email and text message.

  9. Receive the No Objection Certificate and the approved proposal with an official stamp through the Ras Al Khaimah government portal.
