Fill in the online submission form and upload all required documents.
Wait for the review of your application by the relevant department.
If the information meets the requirements, the request will proceed. If not, your application will be rejected for insufficient data.
You may receive a request for additional details via email or SMS. Please respond and upload the required information within the specified timeframe to avoid closure of your application.
If a survey is needed, you’ll receive a message with a transaction number to proceed with fee payment.
Pay the related fees via the mRAK Smart App or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
We’ll notify you of the decision via email and text message.
