How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Parking Shade Permit” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and upload all the required documents.
Pay the initial application fee.
Coordinate with the inspector for a site visit and pay the inspection fee.
The inspector will conduct the visit and prepare a report.
The Municipality will review your application based on the inspection report and other details.
Once we approve your application, pay the final fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.

NOC for Site Service Clearance Certificate : and No Objection Certificates (NOC) from following entities: Etihad Water and Electricity, Etisalat Corporation, Public Works and Services Department (Waste water agency), Ras Al Khaimah Gas Company
Assignment Letter : from the owner, authorising the consultant (if required).
