You can apply for this service through your consultant at https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Interlocking Tiles Permit” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and upload all required documents.
Pay the initial fee.
Schedule the inspector’s site visit and produce the report after paying the site visit fee.
The referred engineer will review the required documents and inspection report and approve it if it complies with the regulations.
Pay the final fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
Once verified, the permit will be issued electronically.

Planning and Survey Department Approval: Required for commercial, residential/commercial, and industrial plots.
Interlock Plan: A detailed drawing that shows the location, dimensions, and area of the proposed interlock.
Site Services Clearance Certificate: No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from Etihad Water and Electricity, Etisalat Corporation, Wastewater Agency Management (Public Works and Services Department) and Ras Al Khaimah Gas Company.
Official Letter : From the owner, permitting the consultant to submit the application on their behalf (if submitted through a consultant)
