How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae by using your UAE Pass and select “Outside Planting Permit” to begin your application.
Fill in the application form and upload the required documents.
Pay the initial fee and deposit.
Schedule the site inspection and pay the site visit fee.
An engineer will review the documents and approve the request if it meets planting regulations.
Pay the final fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
Once approved, the outside planting permit will be issued electronically.

Trade License : Valid license of contractor or landscaping company.
Assignment Letter : Authorization letter from owner for the consultant (if submitted through one).
