How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through the website https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter, and apply for "Residential Grant."
Make sure your application aligns with the terms and conditions outlined for the grant and submit the completed application form along with the required documents.
Pay the initial fee.
Track your application status and submit any additional documents if requested by the Department.
Wait for the approval of the designated grant.
Once the Department determines the plot, you will receive a message to visit the Customer Happiness Centre to pay the burial fee (if required), Grant plan and certificate issuance fee and any additional fee.
Finalization of the plot validation procedures will be completed under your name within the system.
You will get a notification once your plot sketch and certificate are ready for collection.
How Much Will You Pay?
Initial service fee (non-refundable): AED 400 and AED 200 for each additional customer
Grant issuance fee (if no prior valid grant order): AED 300
Leveling fee (to be paid after the final approval based on parcel)
Grant certificate fee (non-refundable): AED 50
Grant site plan (non-refundable): AED 200
What Documents Do You Need?
Final approval issued by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program (New Building type) or proof of financial capacity worth AED 400,000.
A valid copy of Emirates ID of applicant and any additional customers.
A copy of valid Emirati passport of the applicant and any additional customers.
Complete copy of the family Book issued by the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah showing details of spouses and children.
What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms :
Construction must commence within 6 months of the plot’s plan date (Sketch).
Sale or relinquishment of government-granted land is not permitted.
The applicant is not eligible for a second plot (standard or Sheikh Zayed Program).
Limitation :
Applicant must not have previously received a residential grant.
Ensure the applicant is of legal age.
