How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass, then Select “Grant Conversion (Zayed Housing Program)”or proceed to the service counter.
Make sure your application aligns with the terms and conditions outlined in the grant resolution.
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents.
Pay the application and the surveyor’s fees together during submission.
Follow up on the application status, attach any additional documents requested later by the department, and wait for the completion of internal procedures.
Once we approve your application, you will receive the grant site plan and certificate.

Initial service fee: AED 400 (non-refundable, paid during application)
Grant certificate fee: AED 50 (non-refundable, paid after approval)
Grant site plan fee: AED 200 (non-refundable, paid after approval)

Terms
You must begin the construction before the site plan expires.
Sale or transfer of the land is not permitted — government-granted land is non-disposable.
Applicants are not eligible to receive another plot under any grant scheme, including Sheikh Zayed Housing Program.
Limitations
The applicant must not have received a previous grant.
Ensure the land is valid and registered in the applicant’s name.
