How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass, then select “Extend Grant Validity,”or proceed to the service counter.
Make sure your application meets all required conditions and includes all necessary documents.
Submit the completed application form and pay the initial and surveyor’s fees.
Follow up on the application status, submit any additional documents requested by the department, and wait for the completion of internal procedures.
Once you receive a notification, pay the transaction fees for issuing the plan and the grant certificate or any additional charges.
After the internal process is finalized, you’ll receive a notification once your request is fulfilled and the plan has been issued.

Initial application fee: AED 240
For each additional customer on the request: AED 200
Grant certificate fee: AED 50
Site plan fee: AED 200
Survey report fee (if required): AED 500

What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms :
You must not have received a previous grant.
Ensure the land is valid and registered under your name.
Limitations:
Construction must begin before the current site plan expires.
You can not sell or transfer granted land.
You’re not eligible for another plot under the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program or other grant schemes.
