How Do You Apply?
1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Center.
2. Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
3. Select “Renew Title Deed.”
4. Complete the application form and submit the required documents either online or to the Customer Happiness Centre representative.
5. Once the Customer Happiness Centre representative reviews and approves your application, you will receive a notification along with a transaction number to proceed with the payment.
6. Pay the transaction fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Center.
7. After we process your payment, we’ll finalize the review and approve the document's issuance.
8. You will receive your renewed Title Deed straight to your registered email. If needed, you may also collect a printed copy from the Customer Happiness Centre.

Limitations
If you’re renewing a housing grant, Article No. 8 of the Land Grant Law of 1981 states not to sell or dispose of the land as per the previous grant remarks.
You cannot sell, relinquish, or rent properties built with loan or grant support under the directive of 19/05/2003.
If you’re renewing a property supported by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, you cannot sell or dispose of it until five years have passed since the initial issuance date.
