How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae using your UAE Pass, or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter and select “Title Deed (Compensation/Exchange).”
Submit the completed application form along with the required documents.
Our Customer Happiness Centre representatives will review your application. Once approved, you’ll receive a notification from the Municipality with the transaction number for fee payment.
Pay the service fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
After we fully approve your application, we will issue the title deed.
You will receive the title deed via the owner’s registered email, or you may collect the original copy from a Customer Happiness Centre representative.

Site Plan: A copy of the new plot plan.
Proof of Land Ownership.
Emirates ID: A copy of the ownership investigation.
Completion Certificate: If a building is present, include the completion certificate and a copy of the Emirates ID.
Building Permit: Provide the building permit (if required).
Copies of all licenses listed in the completion certificate.
