How Do You Apply?

  1. You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Centres.

  2. Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.

  3. Select “Title Deed (Inheritance Limitation).”

  4. Complete the application form and submit the required documents either online or to the Customer Happiness Centre representative.

  5. Once the Customer Happiness Centre representative reviews and approves your application, you’ll receive a notification with the transaction number to pay the applicable service fee.

  6. Pay the fee through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.

  7. After final approval from the Municipality Department, you will be notified when your title deed is ready.

  8. You can receive the title deed via your registered email or collect the original copy from the Customer Happiness Centre.

How Much Will You Pay?

  • For vacant residential land: AED 1,000 per unit

  • For developed residential land: AED 1,500 per unit

  • For residential / commercial land: AED 2,000 per unit

  • For vacant commercial land: AED 1,000 per unit

  • For developed commercial land: AED 2,000 per unit

  • For industrial land or commercial industrial property: AED 2,000 per unit

  • For vacant agricultural land: AED 2,000

  • For cultivated agricultural land: AED 2,500

  1. Site Plan: A copy of the property’s plot plan.

  2. Title Deed: A copy of the existing title.

  3. Limitation of Succession: Official proof of inheritance investigation.
