What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms :
The guardian's permission must be obtained from the Shari'a judge to dispose of the minor's property.
If one of the parties is an institution or a company, the company's memorandum of association, articles of association and a certificate from the government entity must be attached to the statement of the authorized signatory (original/photocopy) and translated into Arabic if necessary.
Renew the scheme in case the number nine is not included or there are any denominations on the Parcel.
UAE and non-Emirati customers are entitled to own property in freehold areas.
