This service enables customers to apply for the registration of a real estate sale transaction (full or partial)between the seller and the buyer, or their legal representatives. It involves the purchase of a property or real estate unit and the issuance of a title transfer document based on the contract details, after verifying the eligibility of both parties and ensuring that there are no legal impediments to transferring ownership of the property.

How Do You Apply?

  1. The customer must bring all the documents to the Customer Happiness Center, and the service employee will check them, and then the sale contract will be drafted, which will be signed by the concerned parties. The service fees can be paid through the electronic payment machines available at the Customer Happiness Center or through the mRAK smart application, and receive the original title deed from the Customer Happiness Center.

What Terms and Limitations Apply?

  • Terms :

    • The guardian's permission must be obtained from the Shari'a judge to dispose of the minor's property.

    • If one of the parties is an institution or a company, the company's memorandum of association, articles of association and a certificate from the government entity must be attached to the statement of the authorized signatory (original/photocopy) and translated into Arabic if necessary.

    • Renew the scheme in case the number nine is not included or there are any denominations on the Parcel.

    • UAE and non-Emirati customers are entitled to own property in freehold areas.
