How Do You Apply?
You can apply for this service online through https://rakdigital.rak.ae or by visiting one of our Customer Happiness Center.
Log in using your UAE Pass or proceed to the service counter.
Select “New Title Deed.”
Complete the required form and upload or submit all necessary documents to the Customer Happiness Centre representative.
Wait for the review of your application and a notification from the Municipality with the transaction number for fee payment.
Pay the transaction fees through one of the following methods: the website, the mRAK Smart App, or payment machines at Customer Happiness Centres.
Wait for the final approval from the Municipality and notification of the issued document.
Once approved, you will receive the title deed via email. You may also collect the original copy from the Customer Happiness Centre.

What Terms and Limitations Apply?
Terms:
Submit a Limitation of Inheritance document and the IDs of the heirs to prove rightful ownership if the original landowner is deceased.
Apply for Housing Grants Ownership only if the constructed building is a villa.
Provide a valid completion certificate and a wall license when applying for housing grants.
Ensure the land is cultivated for agricultural grants. (Note: Agricultural grants are currently suspended from ownership.)
Limitations:
Follow Article 8 of the 1981 Land Grant Law, which prohibits selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of granted property.
Do not sell or rent properties built with program assistance (grants or loans), as per the directive issued on 19/05/2003.
If the property is a Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure popular housing unit, do not dispose of the document within five years of its issuance.
Old property title deeds must go to rightful heirs only and it is prohibited to transfer title deeds by sale, donation or any other means.
